What does the content of my VEGDOG SUBSCRIPTION BOX look like?
You can determine the content completely freely. You can put as many items as you want into your VEGDOG SUBSCRIPTION BOX. Please note the packaging unit (PU) of the individual items. These are structured as offered on the individual product pages, i.e.:
1 PU 400g cans = 6 cans
1 PU 800g cans = 6 cans
1 PU ALL-IN VELUXE = 1 can
1 PU dry food = 1 bag
Is there a minimum term?
There is no minimum term. You can, of course, cancel or pause the subscription at any time. Please note that a cancellation that is intended to include the very next VEGDOG SUBSCRIPTION BOX is only possible up to one week before the scheduled delivery of that upcoming VEGDOG SUBSCRIPTION BOX. Otherwise, the box is most likely already on its way to you and cannot be retrieved. A cancellation received less than one week before the next upcoming VEGDOG SUBSCRIPTION BOX will then become effective immediately after that pending and delivered VEGDOG SUBSCRIPTION BOX.
You can, of course, pause your subscription during a vacation or for as long as you wish. Here, too, the notification of the pause must be received at least one week before the next upcoming VEGDOG SUBSCRIPTION BOX so that you do not receive any more VEGDOG SUBSCRIPTION BOXES from that point on. Otherwise, your VEGDOG SUBSCRIPTION BOX is most likely already on its way to you and cannot be retrieved. A pause notification received less than one week before the next upcoming VEGDOG SUBSCRIPTION BOX will then be initiated immediately after that pending VEGDOG SUBSCRIPTION BOX.
Of course, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Here, too, the following applies: a cancellation that is intended to include the very next VEGDOG SUBSCRIPTION BOX is only possible up to one week before the scheduled delivery of that upcoming VEGDOG SUBSCRIPTION BOX. Otherwise, your VEGDOG SUBSCRIPTION BOX is most likely already on its way to you and can only be retrieved with difficulty. A cancellation received less than one week before the next upcoming VEGDOG SUBSCRIPTION BOX will then become effective immediately after this pending and delivered VEGDOG SUBSCRIPTION BOX without you having to submit the cancellation again.
You receive the VEGDOG SUBSCRIPTION BOX free of shipping costs for orders of €59 or more. For order values under €59, shipping costs correspond to the regular shipping rates, i.e., for delivery within Germany, 5.90 euros per order with UPS, 6.90 euros per order with DHL per 22 kg package.
We also deliver the VEGDOG SUBSCRIPTION BOX abroad. For other EU countries, you receive free shipping on orders of €120 or more. For order values under €120, shipping costs are 9.90 EUR per 22 kg package.
For non-EU countries, shipping costs are 19.90 EUR per 22 kg package.
Can I also take out a subscription if I do not live in Germany?
We also deliver the VEGDOG SUBSCRIPTION BOX abroad. For other EU countries, you receive free shipping on orders of €120 or more. For order values under €120, shipping costs are 9.90 EUR per 22 kg package.
For non-EU countries, shipping costs are 19.90 EUR per 22 kg package.
